A 23-year-old man has died after being fatally stabbed during a domestic altercation with his girlfriend at their rented home in Kware, Nairobi. According to police, Raphael Mutusi sustained stab wounds to the stomach and died on Monday, August 11, while receiving treatment at a private hospital—two days after the incident occurred on August 9. Authorities said the altercation between Mutusi and his girlfriend escalated into violence, resulting in the fatal stabbing. The woman had reportedly visited him in the hospital but disappeared after learning of his death. Nairobi police chief George Seda confirmed that she is now being sought for questioning.  Detectives are investigating an incident where a 37-year-old woman was murdered before her body was set on fire in the Pangani area, Nairobi.  According to police, the incident occurred in an apartment on the eighth floor where Shelmic Wambui Muratha, who was killed, was staying at the Boma Yangu Estate.
